"Duane and his team from DVE provided electrical services for the construction of 67 homes and the community centre at Elements Retirement Village at Springwood. 

The homes at Elements are designed in a quadplex configuration with one lot of duplex sitting on another and each duplex accessed by its own upper and lower road systems. As such, the wiring for these homes is more challenging than a typical residential home as all cables for a 4-home quad need to be fed through concrete slabs and block work party walls. In addition, DVE was responsible for providing fibre to premise and pre-wiring for cable TV connectivity.

As owner-operator of the village, it was a delight to work with the DVE team as they are proactive in their approach and problem solving skills. Since completion of our homes, we have contracted DVE to be our electrical maintenance contractor as they attend to warranty call-outs and routine repairs and maintenance."
